Privacy Policy

This policy describes what data livekun (livekun.com) collects, how we use it, and your rights over it.
1. What we collect
Account data. Email address, hashed password, display name, account creation date, last login time, IP address of recent sessions, and user-agent strings.
Content data. Reference videos, voice samples, AI character images, and the generated outputs derived from them. Stored in Cloudflare R2.
Billing data. Credit-pack purchase history, refund history. We do not store full payment card details — those go directly to Stripe and we only retain the Stripe payment IDs and amounts.
Usage data. When you trigger a generation, we log the time, the credits charged, and the result (success / failure with reason).
2. How we use it
Account data is used to authenticate you and to deliver transactional emails (password resets, purchase receipts). Content data is processed to produce the outputs you request. Billing data is used for invoicing and audit trails. Usage data drives the billing-history page and helps us debug failures.
We do not sell your data. We do not use your inputs to train models.
3. Where it lives
Account + billing data lives in our Postgres database on Railway (Singapore region). Content data lives in Cloudflare R2 (global edge, with primary residency under our Cloudflare account). Transactional emails are sent through MailerSend.
Long-form generation passes your reference video and character image through compute providers (RunPod) to produce the output. These providers do not retain your data after the job completes.
4. Retention
- Generated outputs are kept for 90 days from completion, then deleted, unless you've explicitly archived them.
- Reference uploads are kept for 30 days from upload, then deleted regardless of job status.
- Account data is kept while your account is active, plus 90 days after account deletion for refund-window and audit purposes.
- Billing records are kept for 7 years per Singapore tax law.

6. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request deletion of your account. Email support@livekun.com from your registered email address. Deletion requests are processed within 30 days; data subject to legal retention (e.g., billing for tax) is retained until the retention period expires.
7. Cookies + tracking
We use a single httpOnly cookie called token to keep you logged in. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising cookies. The cookie expires after 7 days of inactivity.
8. Children
livekun is not directed to anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16. If you believe a child has registered, email us and we'll delete the account.
9. Changes
We'll email you about material changes to this policy at least 14 days before they take effect.
