Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of livekun (livekun.com) and the services made available through it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. Account
You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that occurs under your account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use livekun to:
- Generate content depicting real people without their consent;
- Generate or distribute content that is illegal, defamatory, hateful, or sexually exploitative;
- Impersonate another person or entity in a way that could deceive others;
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent platform safety policies (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram) using our tools;
- Reverse-engineer the service, scrape internal endpoints, or interfere with other users.
You retain ownership of the inputs you upload (reference videos, voice samples, character images) and the outputs we generate for you. You grant us a limited license to process those inputs and outputs for the purpose of providing the service to you.
3. Credits + billing
livekun runs on a credit-pack model. Credits are purchased one-time, never auto-renewed, and expire after the duration noted on the tier at time of purchase. Unused credits are non-refundable past the 14-day cooling-off period below. Refunds for failed renders are issued automatically as fresh credits with no expiry.
14-day refund window. If you have not consumed any credits from a purchase, you may request a full SGD refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@livekun.com.
4. Generated content
You are responsible for the content you generate. AI-generated video and audio can be misleading; you must comply with applicable disclosure laws and the synthetic-media policies of any platform you publish to. livekun does not endorse content generated through the service.
5. Service availability
We aim for high availability but make no SLA during the beta window. Scheduled and unscheduled downtime may occur. Long-form jobs that fail due to service-side issues are auto-refunded.
6. Subprocessors
We use the following third-party processors to deliver the service. Your inputs and account data may pass through them. By using livekun you consent to this data flow.

7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing support@livekun.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. On termination, unused non-expired credits are refunded pro-rata to the original payment method where feasible.
8. Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, livekun's total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be emailed to your registered email address at least 14 days before they take effect.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes will be resolved in the Singapore courts.
